JACUZZI BOYS - Island Ave EP 7″ (hozac) - Three song EP with an alternative version of “Island Ave” than what appears on their full-length No Seasons. Simple garage pop with some fuzzy overtones. Translucent green vinyl and colored insert, limited to 300 copies.
MALEVELLER - CDEP (self) - Maleveller’s debut release highlights three of their strongest tracks thus far. Artwork by Von Dada and insert by Zachary Broadhurst.
The SPITS/DAN MELCHIOR - Split 7″ (av scion/vice) - The Spits play catchy, over-modulated punk and sing about sex, drugs and doing hood rat stuff. This is the first release by AV Scion Garage. and it’s FREE at selected independent record shops. It’s nice to see a 7″ released by a car company. The Spits are touring in May, playing Chaos in Tejas in Austin!
